MUSCAT: In pursuance of the Royal directives of His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik, the Supreme Commander, the Defence Ministry, acting in coordination with the Ministry of Labour, has expanded the programme of employment of Omani job-seekers.
The drive consolidates national efforts and underpins the plans set for accommodation of job-seekers in various public and private sector establishments.
After the reception yesterday of job-seekers for employment at the Royal Army of Oman (RAO), the Royal Air Force of Oman (RAFO) will, on Monday, May 31, receive job-seekers who meet conditions set for recruitment at the Sultan’s Armed Forces (SAF). The SAF will publish announcements for recruitment and employment at Defence Ministry divisions in succession via official information channels, including local newspapers and official electronic websites.
The programme comes in response to Royal directives to speed up the implementation of employment initiatives. — ONA
