The Ministry of Social Development (MOSD) has made a statement on the issue of an elderly woman in the Wilayat of Samail, who was transferred directly to the hospital for medical examinations in the presence of the concerned persons from the Department of Social Development.
Her children have pledged not to repeat what happened and leave her alone and have submitted a written apology.
They promised to receive the mother from Samail Hospital and to end the procedures related to the Royal Oman Police. It may be noted that the woman suffers from kidney failure, which requires her to have dialysis three times a week.
