Z-Corp promotes Omani nationals to senior management roles

In line with its own and the government strategy to promote Omanis to high management positions, The Zubair Corporation (Z-Corp) has announced new roles and responsibilities for five of its Omani employees working in group companies. Ibrahim al Salmi, Moosa al Hasani, Jamal al Balushi, Saleh al Amri and Yahya al Balushi are among those promoted to top management positions.

The promotions strongly underline Z-Corp’s commitment to advancing and increasing its Omani workforce in senior positions.

The upgrades are also aligned to Z-Corp’s human resources strategy to promote Omani talents and build a sustainable work environment that attracts national workforce.

With an objective to help high potential Omani employees to move into senior management positions, Z-Corp is already running the Executive Leadership Development Programme (ELDP), as part of the SEED initiative. Through this programme that is only common among the best corporations in the world, Z-Corp has set a new standard for corporate leadership development programmes for Omanis in the Sultanate.
