MUSCAT: Declaring solidarity with the government’s efforts towards protecting Oman’s environment, Modern College of Business and Science organised a beach cleaning event at the Qurum beach. “Oman is a beautiful country. But time and again we see some of its exquisite locations including beaches littered with plastic bags and bottles, and other garbage. We believe it’s the responsibility of each one of us to keep Oman’s environment clean. The clean-up drive was organised in line with this thinking,” said Zaizafoon Mohamed al Maawali, the President of the Environment Club at Modern College.
