Still working on national fuel subsidy system: MOG

The Ministry of Oil and Gas (MOG) has said that it has not adopted any mechanisms to support the section of the society who have been affected by the increasing fuel prices.

In a statement, MOG said the reports circulated in the social media on the national subsidy system is not true. It said a committee is still working with various fuel marketing companies to test an electronic card system, as part of the national subsidy project. which will benefit that section of the society who are affected by the rising fuel prices.
