Al Araimi Walk -- Oman's largest shopping mall with an investment of RO 112 million ready by 2020.
The new project with an area of 240,000 square meters will have four-star hotel, an indoor water park, a large ski circuit, cinema, virtual reality games and a kilometer-long walkway.
The project is expected to provide 3,000 jobs.
Al Araimi Walk, to be constructed at par with international standards, will be one of the major tourist attractions in the Sultanate.
Al Araimi Boulevard will be opened in September 2018 and will provide 2,000 jobs.
Al Araimi Walk will be the largest shopping, entertainment and tourism destination in the Sultanate.
The announcement follows the Al Raid Group's completion of the 135,000 sqm Al Araimi Boulevard project in the Al Khoud, which will be opened in September 2018.
