MUSCAT, NOV 4 - Representatives from Barr Al Jissah, Muscat’s favourite luxury destination, will be heading to Kuwait to showcase the exclusive Al Mina Waterfront Development, inclusive of its residential homes, to prospective home owners. The exclusive Al Mina residential homes comprise a range of sleek duplex apartments, penthouses and stylish villas with landscaped gardens; each of which come with a host of benefits befitting the luxury lifestyle for discerning home and yacht owners.

Launched in 2006 as Oman’s first Integrated Tourism Complex (ITC), Barr Al Jissah is Oman’s leading luxury destination. It is an ITC that comprised of four key components — luxury homes, three Shangri-La hotels, an entertainment centre named Al Mazaar that also includes an open-air amphitheatre, and the recently launched Al Mina Waterfront Residential Project with an exclusive private marina. It combines each of these attractions, together with its wonderful year-round climate and stunning landscape, to deliver the perfect home for individuals and families.

In order to promote the Al Mina Waterfront Development in Kuwait, a team from Barr Al Jissah will be showcasing the Al Mina residential units over the course of three days starting from Monday, November 6 to Wednesday, November 8, at the Jumeirah Messilah Beach Hotel and Spa in Kuwait city. The team will be welcoming guests from 8 am till 6 pm on each of the days.

Commenting on Al Mina, Firas Matraji (pictured), CEO of Barr Al Jissah said, “Home owners from the Middle East have historically made up a significant portion of our residents’ base across all properties we’ve previously offered to the market. We expect the same trend to continue with the last phase of Al Mina sales campaign, especially considering the exclusive lifestyle benefits included. Furthermore, Kuwait is a very highly valued market for us; which is what prompted us to personally showcase the project in the country.”

“Furthermore, as an Integrated Tourism Complex (ITC), all home owners and their families are entitled to renewable residence visas, which makes Oman an ideal base for holidays or year-round luxury living. As a result, hosting a showcase of Al Mina such as this, is a great opportunity for prospective home owners in Kuwait to get a first-hand look at what we have to offer with our exclusive new waterfront development,” added Firas.

The ‘Al Mina Waterfront Development’ comprises a total of 76 private residences ranging from duplex and penthouse style apartments, to villas with landscaped gardens and infinity pools. Each of these residential units feature sophisticated architectural designs inspired by the latest international marina styles. The penthouse apartments will offer luxury linear living together with dual level decking that incorporates a luxurious rooftop pool. Meanwhile, the duplex apartments are designed with double height living spaces, creating a sense of space and a seamless connection to the bay and the stunning marina outlook. The Al Mina villas on the other hand, offer three expansive floors of open plan living; with the ground floor featuring a smooth transition from the living space to the landscaped garden area that comes with an infinity swimming pool and dedicated BBQ area.

All Al Mina home and yacht owners will also receive exclusive access to the members only Yacht Club. The Club will include a lounge, a fine-dining restaurant offering unparalleled views, together with a new dive and sailing centre, private beach, and a beachfront sea water pool. Al Mina, when completed, will also feature an upscale marina-side boardwalk with al-fresco dining.

“One of the key selling points, and the primary reason behind the high demand for Al Mina properties, is the simple fact that purchasing a home at Al Mina offers more than just a new home; it is an invitation into the exclusive Barr Al Jissah family and its accompanying elite lifestyle benefits,” added Firas Matraji.
