Oman Team for Free Diving are continuing their participation in the 5th Kuwait Competition for Diving being held from April 20 to May 12.
The competition featured 14 countries. It aims to raise awareness of the environment and follow-up the heritage of the ancestors by practising proper diving and fishing methods.
Oman Team for Diving’s participation is under the supervision of Sports Affairs director at the Ministry of Sports Affairs.
Omani team started their preparation for Kuwait competitions earlier by having series of training sessions in the diving pool at the Sultan Qaboos Sports Complex in Bausher.
The Oman team for diving also participated in different GCC and Arabian competitions.
