Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Qaboos issued four Royal Decrees on Monday.
Royal Decree No 47/2017 endorses the oil agreement signed on November 14, 2017 between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman, Occidental Hafar LLC and Oman Oil Exploration and Production Company for Block 30.
Article (1) endorses the above-mentioned agreement.
Article (2) says that this decree shall be published in the Official Gazette and enforced on its date of issue.
Royal Decree No 48/2017 endorses the oil agreement signed on November 14, 2017 between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and ARA Petroleum Oman B31 Ltd for Block 31 B.
Article (1) endorses the above-mentioned agreement.
Article (2) says that this decree shall be published in the Official Gazette and enforced on its date of issue.
Royal Decree No 49/2017 endorses the oil agreement signed on November 14, 2017 between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and Tethys Oil Montasar Ltd for Block 49.
Article (1) endorses the above-mentioned agreement.
Article (2) says that this decree shall be published in the Official Gazette and enforced on its date of issue.
Royal Decree No 50/2017 endorses the oil agreement signed on November 14, 2017 between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman, Eni Oman BV and Oman Oil Exploration and Production Company for Block 52.
Article (1) endorses the above-mentioned agreement.
Article (2) says that this decree shall be published in the Official Gazette and enforced on its date of issue. — ONA
