MUSCAT: Bait Al Ghasham Museum in the Wilayat of Wadi Al Maawel in the Governorate of South Al Batinah, marked its first anniversary under the patronage of Shaikha Aisha bint Khalfan al Siyabiyah, Chairperson of the Public Authority for Craft Industries (PACI).
During the ceremony, folklore arts were staged by children and Holy Quran workshops were organised.
About thirty craftsmen from various wilayats showcased their products, which highlighted the beautiful industries of the Sultanate, some of which are rare, in order to preserve authentic Omani memory. The event was organised by the Omani Woman Association, PACI and Humaira School for Basic Education in Wadi Al Maawel. — ONA
