A must-try, Musaka Eggplant

SERVES 1 PERSON

INGREDIENTS
150 gr Eggplant, cut into half
35 gr Onion white, chopped
5 gr Garlic, chopped
10 ml Olive oil
2 gr Basil Juliennes
75 gr Lamb leg, Minced
110 gr Tomato red, fine chopped
Salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
5 gr Pine seeds, Roasted

Method:
Cut the eggplant in half and dip fried till golden color, removed and dry the excess of oil with a clean tissue.
In a sauté pan add the olive oil, chopped onion and garlic and cook for few minutes, add the lamb mince salt and pepper and keep it till the meat is fully cooked add the tomato cover and let it continually cooking for other 5 minutes.
In the half eggplants add the previously preparation on top and putted in the oven at 180 * for 10 minutes
Removed from the oven and add the fresh basil and pine seeds on top.
