MUSCAT: The Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries has unveiled 12 more mobile veterinary clinics on Wednesday. The launch ceremony was presided over Dr Fuad bin Jaafar al Sajwani, Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries. Twelve vet clinics are sponsored by Petroleum Development Oman (PDO). The project is aimed at providing treatment, protection and guidance services to livestock breeders in remote and mountainous areas who have no access to permanent clinics. The cost of the second phase of the project stood at RO 304,000.
