MUSCAT: The Royal Oman Police (ROP), represented by the Directorate-General of Operations organised a session in the presence of Maj Gen Hamad bin Sulaiman al Hatmi, Assistant Inspector General of Police and Customs for Operations and commanders of police formations. This comes as part of the ROP preparations to take part in (Al Shumookh 2) exercise and (Swift Sword 3) exercise. During the session, a summary of the ROP functions and events in the two exercises was presented, as well as the definition of the joint command system, the ROP System and the functions of the arbitration cell for police assignments. — ONA
