By Lakshmi Kothaneth — MUSCAT: March 5 – Coastal areas of Muscat and South al Sharqiya have possibilities of receiving rain tonight, according to Oman’s Met office, Public Authority for Civil Aviation. As a result of the short wave of trough brought in rain to Shinas in North Al Batinah and areas of Musandam governorates. Slight to moderate rains were also predicted for the Sunday night and Monday morning in Musandam, Buraimi, Dhahira, North and South al Batinah, Dakhiliya and South and North Sharqiya. Sea waves are expected to be slight to moderate. The weather forecaster added that there are chances of late night to early morning low level clouds or fog patches over Arabian Sea coastal areas and parts of the Oman Sea Coast. The humidity has been ranging between 40% to 75% in Muscat and 40% to 75% in Salalah.
