Oman national camp dates announced

MUSCAT: Oman national football team coach Pim Verbeek has announced the dates for his first national team camps, keeping in mind the Asian Cup qualifier against Bhutan.
The match will also be coach Verbeek’s first game in charge of the national team.
The first camp will be from March 5 to 9. It will not include any of Oman’s overseas players, or players from Suwaiq or Saham clubs. The camp will have 26 players and will be held in Muscat.
The second camp will be held from March 20 to 28. It will house the full squad, with all players in consideration for the team. This camp will also be in Muscat and will finish with the qualifier against Bhutan.
The match against Bhutan will be played on March 28 at the Sultan Qaboos Sports Complex. General entry is free for the game, which kicks off at 19:00.
