Mwasalat wins international Customer Experience award

MUSCAT: Mwasalat has won an international award in the ‘Customer Experience’ category at the UITP Global Public Transport Summit in Montreal, Canada.
The company qualified along with four other contenders to the final stage.
Mwasalat is the company from the Arab world to qualify for this category and wins. The company has been focusing on building a new culture for the use of public transport in Oman and providing services that will improve the quality of life of passengers and improve the overall customer experience.
