Muscat: Oman Cement Company said that the report it has acquired a 60 percent stake in Kampala Cement, Uganda at an undisclosed price is misleading and false news.
"We wish to inform all stakeholders that this news is misleading and false, and no such decision has been taken by Oman Cement and therefore we contradict the same," the company said.
