MUSCAT: His Majesty Sultan Qaboos has sent a cable of greetings to Shinzo Abe, Japanese Prime Minister on the occasion of him re-elected as premier for a new term. In his cable, His Majesty the Sultan expressed his sincere greetings along with his best wishes of success to Abe to achieve aspirations of further progress and welfare for the friendly people of Japan, and the friendship relations between the two countries further development and growth.
