Envoy of Kuwaiti emir leaves Sultanate

MUSCAT: Shaikh Sabah al Khalid al Hamad al Sabah, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Envoy of Shaikh Sabah al Ahmed al Jabir al Sabah, Emir of Kuwait, left here on Monday after a short visit. The Kuwaiti official and his accompanying delegation were seen off by Sayyid Badr bin Hamad al Busaidy, Secretary-General of the Foreign Ministry, charge d’affaires of the Kuwaiti Embassy in Muscat and some members of the embassy. During the visit, the envoy was accompanied by Shaikh Dr Ahmed Nassir al Mohammed al Sabah, Assistant Foreign Minister for the Affairs of the Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister’s Office, and a number of officials. Earlier upon his arrival, the Kuwaiti official and his accompanying delegation were received by Sayyid Badr bin Hamad al Busaidy and some members of the embassy. — ONA
