Sayyid Mohammed bin Sultan bin Hamoud al Busaidy, Minister of State and Governor of Dhofar, met members of the Omani Authority for Partnership for Development, in his office in Salalah on Wednesday. Dr Dhafer bin Awadh al Shanfri, CEO of OAPD, explained the authority’s mandate that included supporting private initiatives, enhancing technical development, conducting research and reviewing the main performance indicators.
