Muscat: A total 11,450 medical visas have been issued by August 2018 for Omanis seeking treatment in India.
According to Indian Embassy, total of 24,575 medical visas,2,635 e-medical visas were issued in 2017. A total of 6,579 e-medical visas have been issued of August 2018.
The statistics were revealed at the India-Oman Business-to-Business (B2B) meeting related to healthcare & Medical Tourism Sector to be held at Oman Convention and Exhibition Centre on September 24.
