Muscat: Citizens and residents have been urged to be part of the E-census 2020 by updating their current residence address by adding the electricity account number on ROP’s website.
"Please ensure activating your ID card and mobile SIM card with the electronic authentication feature PKI Or by visiting any civil status service building along with your electricity bill," ROP said.
