London: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik departed the friendly United Kingdom (UK).
At Stansted Airport, His Majesty was seen off by the Lord Chamberlain of the British Royal Household; members of the British Mission of Honour accompanying His Majesty and members of the Embassy of the Sultanate of Oman in London.
His Majesty the Sultan sent a cable of thanks and appreciation to His Majesty King Charles III of the United Kingdom, expressing his sincere thanks for the warmth of the reception and the generosity of hospitality extended to him and his accompanying delegation. His Majesty the Sultan lauded the deep-rooted historical relations and close bonds of friendship and cooperation between the two friendly countries, wishing His Majesty the King continued good health and happiness, and the friendly British people continued progress and prosperity.
