MUSCAT, OCT 13

Masirah Club have made a perfect start to the 2026 Club Bowling League, collecting all 16 points from the opening two rounds to take sole possession of top spot ahead of Salalah, Muscat Club and Jaalan, who are tied on 14 points.

Organised by the Oman Bowling Committee, the competition features 16 clubs and is being staged at Seeb Bowling Centre. The single round-robin league comprises 15 rounds and 120 matches, running from October 2, 2026, to June 5, 2027.

Muscat Club also stayed unbeaten with a 6-2 victory over Al Nasr, edging the aggregate count 1,997-1,950. Jaalan matched that result against Qurayat, finishing with 1,835 to Qurayat’s 1,779, leaving both winners two points behind Masirah.
