SUHAR: The Department of Awqaf and Religious Affairs in Al Batinah North Governorate organised a symposium titled 'National identity in an era of challenges: A sustainable developmental vision.'


The symposium focused on the importance of fostering ‘intellectual awareness’ as a means to respond to the current rapid global developments and activate partnerships among government departments and civil society institutions.


The participants also looked into the roles of social institutions in reinforcing the fundamentals of national identity, with the prime objective of instilling the values ​​of belonging among young people and encouraging them to shoulder responsibilities and participate in the process of domestic development.


The symposium was held under the auspices of Shaikh Saud bin Mohammed al Hinai, Wali of Suhar.


The event included training workshops that dealt with ways to leverage the benefits of artificial intelligence (AI) in the work environment in a manner that enhances productivity and efficiency, making optimum use of AI for data analysis and the assessment of performance and quality of services. - ONA
