

Muscat: The Directorate General of Consumer Protection in Dhofar Governorate has intensified its inspection efforts at coconut stalls to promote compliance with applicable regulations and requirements and protect consumer rights.
A total of 210 inspection visits were conducted between January 1 and August 11.
These visits are part of the Consumer Protection Authority's field monitoring across markets to ensure that suppliers comply with approved regulations and requirements, thereby contributing to the protection of consumer rights and enhancing the safety of the consumer environment.
