SALALAH: The ninth edition of the Omani-Bahraini Products Exhibition opened in Salalah on Saturday.
Organised by the Omani-Bahraini Friendship Association in collaboration with the embassy of the Kingdom of Bahrain in the Sultanate of Oman, the eight-day event features the participation of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) from both countries.
The exhibition aims to support SMEs in the Sultanate of Oman and the Kingdom of Bahrain by providing a platform to showcase their products and services, fostering trade and investment partnerships, and opening direct marketing channels between producers and consumers, thereby contributing to the growth of trade between the two nations.
The exhibition also seeks to enable business owners to exchange expertise and knowledge in the fields of production, marketing, and business management, learn from successful experiences and enhance access to new markets, thus supporting the growth of the SME sector.
The exhibition includes about 30 Omani small and medium enterprises displaying a variety of products including fashion, perfumes, incense, Omani frankincense, Omani halwa, accessories, heritage and handicraft products and household items. — ONA
