TRIPOLI: Mohamed al Menfi, President of the Presidential Council of the State of Libya, received Dr Hilal bin Abdullah al Sinani, who presented his credentials as the non-resident Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Sultanate of Oman to the sisterly State of Libya, on Saturday.


This took place during a reception held at the Council’s headquarters in the capital, Tripoli. The step marks the beginning of a new phase of close diplomatic action and joint cooperation between the two brotherly countries, establishing an effective and fruitful partnership across various fields to fulfil the aspirations of the two brotherly peoples for further development and sustainable strategic cooperation. —ONA
