MUSCAT: The Civil Defence and Ambulance Authority (CDAA) held an extensive meeting to review workflow and executive plans, as well as to discuss ways to develop the system in line with the requirements of development across the various governorates of the Sultanate of Oman.


The meeting addressed the readiness of field units, the level of operational performance, and developmental projects aimed at enhancing work efficiency, improving response speed, and elevating the quality of services provided to citizens and residents.


During the meeting, emphasis was placed on the importance of continuing to work as one team and strengthening integration between administrative and field formations to support the Authority's mission of protecting lives and property and establishing an integrated safety system in accordance with best professional practices.


This meeting is part of the Authority's approach to enhancing direct communication with executive leadership, monitoring performance indicators and exchanging perspectives to develop institutional work. - ONA
