Oman's MSC warns of a sea mine in Hormuz

Muscat: The Oman Maritime Security Center (MSC) has sighted a floating object suspected to be a sea mine west of the coastal traffic area in the Strait of Hormuz within Omani territorial waters

The Maritime Security Centre has urged all seafarers, fishermen, and vessels to exercise extreme caution while navigating, to stay away from any suspicious objects, and to report them immediately to the relevant authorities.
