Oman registered a 12-run victory over Scotland in a rain-reduced 20-over ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup League 2 tri-series match in Windhoek. Skipper Jatinder Singh led the charge with a solid 51, while Hasnain Shah delivered a match-winning spell of 4/26 to earn Player of the Match honours. Oman posted 163/7 after a strong 100-run opening stand before a middle-order collapse slowed progress. In reply, Scotland struggled to build momentum despite a few contributions, losing wickets at regular intervals. The win marked Oman’s second successive victory in the series, boosting their position in the standings.
