Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik has issued Royal Decree No. 43/2026 promulgating the law on national geospatial information.
The decree introduces a legal framework governing data and information related to the national geospatial domain, aimed at enhancing regulation, accessibility and management of geographic data across the Sultanate.
