Muscat Municipality has laid out conditions to establish mobile beauty salons in the country, which will be operated from vehicles.
These conditions include that the licence will be granted to an existing licensed women's salon meeting health requirements.
Vehicles must comply with health, technical, and safety standards, and all staff in the mobile salon will be women.
The vehicles must use approved beauty tools and products, which are disinfected before and after each use.
Each vehicle must be equipped with a hand-washing sink, sanitising supplies, & waste containers.
