MUSCAT: Sayyid Badr bin Hamad al Busaidy, Foreign Minister, met with the ambassadors of the member states of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (Asean) to the Sultanate of Oman on Wednesday.


The meeting addressed diplomatic efforts related to the US-Israeli war against the Islamic Republic of Iran and its serious repercussions for the region, and the need to end the war and contain the resulting escalation and its impact on regional security and stability.


The meeting was attended by Shaikh Abdulaziz bin Abdullah al Hinai, Ambassador-at-Large at the Foreign Ministry, and Shaikh Khalifa bin Ali al Harthy, Under-Secretary of the Foreign Ministry for Political Affairs. — ONA
