The final was held under the auspices of Eng Badr bin Salim al Maamari, Chairman of the Projects, Tenders and Local Content Authority, and attended by Moosa bin Khamis al Balushi, Chairman of the Oman Handball Association, alongside board members and club representatives.
Earlier in the day, Seeb secured third place with a 29-25 win over Nizwa in the playoff match.

Despite Al Amerat quickly regaining composure and reducing the deficit, Oman maintained control for most of the first half, capitalising on solid defensive organisation and outstanding saves from their goalkeeper. However, Al Amerat mounted a late surge to narrow the gap, with the first half ending 14-10 in favour of Oman.
The second half unfolded with intense exchanges as both teams traded goals.
