Muscat: The chat feature in the 'Telegram' application is available and open for use in the Sultanate of Oman, the Telecom Regulatory Authority (TRA) said on Tuesday during the annual media briefing.
It also hinted at preparing a regulation to organize intrusive advertising messages, which will be issued soon.
