Muscat: The Foreign Ministry has announced that the Republic of Azerbaijan has exempted citizens of the Sultanate of Oman from entry visa requirements, effective from February 15, 2026, to February 15, 2027.

Accordingly, entry into the territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan and stay there for a period of thirty 30 days without the need for a prior visa is permitted, up to three times per year.

The Ministry said citizens traveling to Azerbaijan must ensure that their passports are valid for at least six months from the date of entry, and urges everyone to have health insurance covering their stay.
