The National Platform for Proposals, Complaints and Reports “Tajawob” on Monday announced the launch of a voice recording feature aimed at expanding access and simplifying the submission of requests.
The platform’s General Supervisor said the new feature enables wider segments of society to use the platform by allowing requests to be submitted through clear and quick steps. The announcement was made during the Together Forward Forum, where the platform’s performance indicators were also highlighted.
According to cumulative data, “Tajawob” recorded more than 1.7 million visits and 629,000 active users, while the total number of requests submitted through the platform reached 156,000 by the end of January 2026. These included more than 63,000 complaints, around 53,000 reports, over 12,000 proposals and more than 27,000 enquiries.
As part of efforts to diversify access channels, the platform launched its mobile application in September 2025. The application has since seen notable engagement, achieving a rating of 4.4 out of 5 and exceeding 40,000 downloads.
The platform continues to enhance community participation in the development of government services through a unified national digital channel that supports the quality of government performance and strengthens institutional communication with beneficiaries.
“Tajawob” operates through a unified operational and regulatory framework that enables government institutions to systematically handle proposals, complaints, reports and enquiries and convert them into actionable inputs that contribute to improving institutional performance and addressing challenges.
Currently, 54 government institutions are integrated into the platform, handling incoming requests in line with clear regulatory frameworks and work methodologies, reflecting improved efficiency in processing and response.
