MUSCAT: Gen Sultan bin Mohammed al Numani, Minister of the Royal Office, received in his office on Sunday Ahmed Mahmoud Ahmed Ruwaidi, the newly appointed Ambassador of Palestine to Oman, who expressed his appreciation for the efforts exerted by Oman to enhance cooperation to achieve common interests between the two brotherly countries, and for the firm and balanced political positions adopted by Oman and its support aimed at achieving peace in coordination with all relevant international parties.
During the meeting, friendly conversations were exchanged and a number of matters of common interest were discussed.
Gen Al Numani also received Allison Hooker, Under-Secretary of State for Political Affairs of the US, and her accompanying delegation. He welcomed the guest, who expressed her thanks and appreciation to the Sultanate of Oman for strengthening cooperation to achieve common interests between the two friendly countries. During the meeting, friendly conversations and views were exchanged on topics of common interest.
