MUSCAT: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik conferred Royal orders on several female figures. Her Highness the Honourable Lady Assayida Ahd Abdullah Hamed Al Busaidi, Spouse of the Sultan of Oman, presented the orders at Al Barakah Palace on Wednesday.TThe Royal Commendation Order (Second Class) was conferred upon Lujaina bint Mohsin bin Haider Darwish al Zaabiyah, Sayyidah Sana bint Hamad al Busaidyah, Amina bint Saud bin Salim Bahwan al Mukhainiyah, Dr Hanan bint Abdulaziz bin Yahya al Kindiyah, Dr Nadia bint Suleiman bin Ali al Kharousiyah and Dr Rima bint Mansour bin Sabeel al Zedjaliyah.
Furthermore, His Majesty the Sultan conferred Oman Military Order (Fourth Class) on Colonel (Physician) Shaikha bint Ali bin Mohammed al Abriyah, Colonel (Physician) Azza bint Hilal bin Nasser al Maawaliyah, Physician Kamla bint Suleiman bin Khalaf al Kharousiyah, Physician Badriya bint Saleh bin Mahmoud al Farsiyah, Physician Kawkab bint Salim bin Said al Balushiyah, Physician Lamis bint Mohammed Redha bin Hassan and Civil Officer Suad bint Nasser bin Sultan al Harbiyah. The conferment of these orders comes in appreciation from His Majesty for these female figures’ prominent efforts and tangible achievements, each within her respective field of expertise.
