MUSCAT: The Royal Oman Police (ROP) on Tuesday celebrated the handing over of certificates to graduating officers.

The ceremony was held under the auspices of Lt Gen Hasan bin Mohsin al Shraiqi, Inspector General of Police and Customs, as part of celebrations marking the ROP Annual Day, which falls on January 5 every year.

During the ceremony, Lt Gen Al Shraiqi felicitated the top graduating officers, presented the certificates to members of the batch and honoured the teaching and training staff.

The ceremony was attended by senior ROP officers and the teaching and training staff of the Sultan Qaboos Academy for Police Sciences. — ONA
