RAM launches online leadership programmes

MUSCAT: Committed to strengthening national leadership capabilities, the Royal Academy of Management (RAM) has partnered with Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania (UPenn) and McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas (UT) at Austin.


The collaborations will launch two new six-week online and self‑paced leadership programmes: ‘Leading and Managing High-Impact Teams’ and ‘Leadership Communication Strategies: From Advocacy to Impact.’


Making high-quality leadership learning more accessible and allowing participants to study at their own pace, designed to enhance participants’ high-impact leadership capabilities and delivered by world-class faculties, the programmes will enable them to build strong leadership teams and craft messages that resonate across diverse audience.


The ‘Leading and Managing High-Impact Teams’ programme is designed by Wharton Executive Education, a pioneer in the research and practical application of leadership and change, the six-week programme will equip participants with a comprehensive set of leadership skills for driving enterprise-level transformation.


Covering team motivation, collaboration, persuasive leadership skills, and influence, it prepares leaders to engage global teams, secure stakeholder support, and craft effective strategies, empowering them to become trusted, high-impact leaders within their organisation.


The ‘Leadership Communication Strategies: From Advocacy to Impact’ programme will equip professionals with the skills and strategies to communicate with impact, advocate persuasively, and drive meaningful change. Organised into weekly modules, it blends faculty insights, case studies, and real-world scenarios so participants can navigate resistance, manage reputation, and apply proven frameworks for influence and problem-solving.


Interactive activities and practical assignments will enable them to strengthen credibility, enhance communication effectiveness, and become impactful leaders within their organisations.


Applications for both programmes will close on December 4 via RAM’s registration platform.


The launch of these two online programmes underscores RAM’s ongoing commitment to strengthening the national leadership ecosystem and providing access to world-class executive education programmes that empower Omani professionals to drive greater impact within their organisations and lead strategic transformations effectively and professionally.
