The Sultanate of Oman will mark this Thursday its Glorious National Day, commemorating the Al Busaidi State Foundation Day on November 20 every year.

These concerted efforts have collectively served to underpin the expansion of the Gross Domestic Product (GDP), attract heightened investment inflows, and invigorate the private sector.

On the positive side, the Omani economy demonstrated commendable growth in 2025, a testament to its strategic pursuit of economic diversification, the augmentation of non-oil revenue streams, and the expansion of its productive economic base.

Passenger traffic through the Sultanate of Oman's airports witnessed a 0.7 percent increase up to the end of September 2025, reaching a total of 11,176,189 passengers, compared to 11,097,577 passengers during the same period in 2024, according to preliminary statistics issued by the National Centre for Statistics and Information (NCSI).
