Oman Vision 2040 Implementation Follow-up Unit will release the fourth periodic report on the vision for 2024-2025 on Monday, which provides an analytical reading of the level of progress in achieving the vision's targets, based on the efforts made in various sectors and the levels of achievement in national priorities.
This report is a continuation of the unit's efforts to follow up on the implementation of the Vision's targets, highlighting what has been achieved within the 12 national priorities emanating from the four pillars of the Vision: People and Society, Economy and Development, Sustainable Environment, and Governance and Institutional Performance.
The report focuses on analysing the indicators that are effective in the Vision, as well as reviewing the most prominent national efforts and initiatives that support the implementation of the Vision.
The fourth report reflects the progress made in a number of areas closely linked to Oman Vision 2040, such as education, health and social protection, as well as efforts towards economic diversification and financial sustainability, private sector empowerment, and strengthening the governance system and digital transformation.
The report also addresses the most notable national efforts in the environment, provincial development, and infrastructure and service development, emphasising the importance of integration and partnership between different sectors to achieve the Vision's objectives.
