The Ministry of Heritage and Tourism (MHT) has suspended the licenses of several hotel establishments that violate quality standards.

Licenses were suspended as part of the Ministry of Heritage and Tourism's efforts to ensure the quality of tourism and hotel services, as these establishments did not comply with the approved standards after exhausting all regulatory and administrative procedures.

The establishments covered by the decision:  Al Nahda Center for Resorts and Health Recreation, Barka, Al Mabela Hotel in Seeb, Agadir Hotel Apartments, Seeb, and Pyramids Hotel, Seeb

The licenses of these establishments will remain suspended until the violations are corrected and the requirements for quality and tourism classification are met. The Ministry stresses the importance of all establishments adhering to tourism standards to avoid any legal action that may lead to the suspension or cancellation of the license.
