Ahmed bin Mohammed al Humaidi, Chairman of Muscat Municipality, and Engineer Ahmed bin Hamad Al Subhi, Chairman of Be'ah, have earlier signed an agreement for the management and transportation of the waste sector in Muscat Governorate, effective from October 1.
