IBRI: The Sultanate of Oman joined the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in celebrating its 95th National Day in a ceremony organised by the Secretariat-General of National Celebrations in cooperation with the Royal Oman Police at the Empty Quarter border crossing in Al Dhahirah Governorate, which connects Oman with the land borders of Saudi Arabia.

The event programme featured a number of artistic performances reflecting the deep, distinguished relations between the two countries. The ceremony began with musical performances by the Royal Oman Police Band, accompanied by a visual presentation highlighting the historical ties, followed by a patriotic song and a traditional Ayyala folk art performance.

The celebration also included participation from a Saudi folk arts troupe, a paragliding display, and a series of traditional performances such as the enthusiastic 'Al Razfa' and 'Al Aazi' arts.
