The Directorate General of Customs, through its website, has launched an electronic service that allows users to know the percentage of preferential fees.

This service will be useful if agreements are applied after determining the country of origin and knowing the requirements for permits and prior approvals for goods, as well as procedures for restriction and prevention of goods before import.

This is a new step towards transparency in providing and facilitating the acquisition of the information necessary to facilitate international trade exchange.

This electronic service is available to institutions, companies, and individuals permanently on the website of the Directorate General of Customs, and there will be no need for the commercial sector to review government agencies participating in a single window to obtain information. This saves time and effort for parties to the commercial process to achieve the Directorate General of Customs' strategy of facilitating and simplifying procedures. This service can be used through the following link.
