MADRID: Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Fabian Ruiz will miss Spain's upcoming 2026 World Cup qualifiers against Bulgaria and Turkey with a muscle injury, the Spanish football federation (RFEF) said on Monday.

The 29-year-old arrived for international duty with "muscle discomfort in his left leg" after PSG's 6-3 victory over Toulouse on Saturday.

The RFEF said he left Spain's training camp after medical tests.
