MUSCAT: The Royal Army of Oman (RAO), in coordination with the Ministry of Labour, has initiated evaluation and acceptance procedures for military service enrolment of officer candidates. The recruitment process includes holders of bachelor’s degrees, post-general diploma qualifications and general diploma certificates.
Applicants undergo multiple assessment stages in accordance with the RAO’s employment procedures, progressing through to the final acceptance phases. The RAO is mobilising its administrative and technical capabilities to facilitate military service enrolment procedures and support joining the fields of honour and national duty.
These dedicated efforts by the Ministry of Defence and the Sultan's Armed Forces (SAF) fall within the framework of established plans and programmes for the employment of citizens. - ONA
